1. Booking Agreement & Acceptance

By booking a tour, submitting a deposit, or purchasing travel services through Good Day Travel & Tour ("the Company", "we", "us"), you ("the Traveler" or "Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are making a reservation on behalf of other group members, you warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Reservations, Deposits & Payment Schedules

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically $300 – $600 per person depending on the itinerary) is required at the time of reservation to secure space and airline reservations.
  • Final Payment: Full payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date. For peak holiday and cruise departures, final payment may be required 90 days prior.
  • Late Payments: If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the client, and standard cancellation penalties will apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Support@gooddaycenter.com. The effective cancellation date is the business day on which written notification is received by our office.

4. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation

  • Passport Validity: All travelers on international journeys must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining from the date of return, and sufficient blank visa pages.
  • Entry Visas: Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required entry visas, transit permits, and vaccination certificates. Good Day Travel & Tour provides advisory assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval by foreign embassies.
  • Name Accuracy: Names submitted during booking must match the traveler's passport exactly. Any fee resulting from airline ticket reissue due to incorrect spelling will be billed to the passenger.

5. Comprehensive Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel protection insurance. Trip cancellation, trip interruption, emergency medical evacuation, and baggage delay insurance provide peace of mind against unforeseen medical emergencies or travel disruptions.

6. Itinerary Modifications & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to operate tours as published, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, substitute hotels of equal or higher standard, or change flight routes if required by operational needs, extreme weather conditions, or local government advisories.

The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses arising from Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, government closures, civil unrest, or airline schedule modifications.
